I don’t believe the cost of living in Ukiah is too outrageous but I can understand how it would be hard to live off of a $40,000 income. Rents are high, housing prices are high due to lack of new development.
It is my goal to bring more development to our area for average people, teachers, firefighters, police officers, etc. Feel free to browse my website and look at the houses on the market and what they are listed at to get a good idea of homes for sale.
