Professional photos ONLY when you list with me.
I often see other agents or FSBOs who snap photos with their cell phone or digital camera and it just looks terrible stacked up to the listings that are professionally staged and photographed.
With over 90% of home buyers starting their real estate search online, bad photos could make or break the sale of your home.
I simply refuse not to have professional photos done for my listings.
[ If you do this : We actually pay for the photographs ourselves, so it is no cost at all to the seller. ]
This just goes to show that the agent you choose is the #1 most important factor in selling your home.
Selling a home is so much more than putting a sign in the yard.
The #1 most important factor in getting your home sold for the most money in the shortest amount of time is the agent you choose.
If you’re considering selling your home or know someone who is, make sure to ask these questions to your agent:
1. How will you market my home?
2. Do you have any references I can speak to?
3. What makes you unique?
