2022 Average Sold Price in Ukiah | The Truth About Housing Market | UKIAH REAL ESTATE

Thanks for coming to my TED Talk. This Ted Talk is related to the monthly sold prices of homes in Ukiah California. I'm gonna go over the 2022 monthly sold prices in Ukiah. So let's get started!

Hi, my name is Kasie Gray, you're a realtor, broker associate, and mom. My goal is to help people enjoy their life in Ukiah. I help first-time sellers buy their dream homes and this video is about Ukiah who doesn't love good stats too.

The average sold price for a home in, I'm not going to say the average sold price every single time, you guys can just like gather that and not change it. In January, it was $565,000. In February is $513,000. In March, it was $555,000. In April, it was $566,000. May, it was $580,000. In June, it was $635,000. So that's our first month above 500.

July, 640,000. In August, 520,000, back to 500. So the most expensive months to buy are apparently June and July. In September, it was 533,000. In October, it was only $412,000, so our lowest month of the year. In November, it was $513,000 and in December it was a whopping $733,000.

There was a house that sold in December for 1.35 it was on bird crest drive. It's a cutie. And then, the other houses that sold were two in the 700,000 range. Then everything else was under six hundred thousand. So, interesting little stat for you but if this is a video that you found interesting.
