Ukiah needs a Trader Joe's and I'm here to tell you why. So listen up!

Hi, my name is Kasie Gray, I'm a mom, a broker associate, realtor, and I love helping families find their dream homes I need Trader Joe's. I mean, I'm here to tell you what. This is for whoever is at Trader Joe's, I'm this is only for them to watch, if it's not you, then just keep scrolling. I'm just kidding! Here are my thoughts on this, I enjoy the frozen spinach artichoke dip and I don't like driving one hour to get it. There's nowhere in town that sells our trip dip besides Applebee's and I like Trader Joe's. So that's the end of this video, thank you so much for watching, and I hope to see you in the next one. There are some more reasons and we're going to talk about them, I would love to hear your thoughts below. There are a lot of people I'm sure could call up Costco's sales team and ask them for their little zip code thing. Remember when they used to ask for what your ZIP code is they don't do that anymore. I'm sure they have the data of who comes from what towns, and communities, to come shop here. I know people from Costco, and I know people from Santa Rosa, Sonoma County too because it's convenient. I know even people from Northern Sonoma County come to Ukiah to go to our Costco because it is more convenient. People from Lake County.

Our population is a smaller number but there are plenty of people given the fact that we are the county seat that comes here for work and many other things. There is a long list of people that would shop there. I would shop there every other day. So Trader Joe's has very affordable options for families for individuals which there's a growing population of professional individuals that would like to shop groceries just for themselves and I do think that that's Trader Joe's demographic, you know, and that's why we got to have one here.

Well with Ukiah Adventists Medical Center or Health Center, whatever you want to call it, working toward creating a Bluer Community with healthier options. I think that Trader Joe's fits right into it and they should enter into our community before we are too healthy.

We don't need them anymore Ukiah is a very diverse community and Trader Joe's things on their website say that they're committed to continuously improving diversity and inclusion through every aspect of Trader Joe's. And I think that would mean putting one in a diverse Community.
